Warranty
The COOL-SWIM has a limited warranty for one year against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. It is not warranted against punctures, tears, material fading, or failure due to over-pressure. This warranty does not cover and COOL-SWIM and Locarama shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages due to use of a COOL-SWIM.
Repairs
Following the use and storage advice provided in your Instruction Manual and on this website should allow you to enjoy your COOL-SWIM for many years. However, in the event that your pool becomes damaged (small leaks or tears in the netting) information on performing minor repairs to your COOL-SWIM are available on this website by clicking here. Customers can also contact Locarama for consultation on more difficult repairs. Locarama will attempt to repair damaged pools for reasonable costs.
Returns
All sales are final, except in the event that the product is deemed to be defective. If a customer has a defective pool claim, the product may be returned to Locarama for evaluation. If Locarama agrees that the product is defective, a replacement pool will be provided.
